At Luna de Fiori, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We have created a transparent return policy to ensure a smooth experience while maintaining the highest hygiene standards for all our customers.

1. Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

Hygiene Standards (Important): Due to the intimate nature of our products, we strictly adhere to health and hygiene regulations.

  • Bras, Pajamas, and Knitwear: Can be returned if they are tried on over your own undergarments and remain in perfect condition.

  • Panties, Thongs, Bridal Underwear, and Shaping Underwear: For hygiene reasons, these items are Final Sale and cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal (if applicable) has been removed or tempered with.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item that is damaged, soiled, or altered by the customer (e.g., makeup stains, deodorant marks, or perfume scents).

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you must contact us first. Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at service@gfavora.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please email service@gfavora.com with photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
