At Luna de Fiori, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below for details regarding our shipping locations, costs, and timelines.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not ship to other international destinations at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There is no minimum purchase required. Whether you order a single item or a full collection, shipping is always on us.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • United States: 7 - 14 Business Days

  • Canada: 7 - 15 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, customs processing (for Canada), or carrier delays.

5. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For United States: No additional duties usually apply for standard personal orders. For Canada: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luna de Fiori is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. Luna de Fiori is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
